Cavero Quantum announces Board Changes
Leeds, United Kingdom, 21 May 2026 – Cavero Quantum, creator of the world’s first Continuous Trust Verification Protocol, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeremy Lewis as Chairman of the company, succeeding Andrew Wallace, who is stepping down from the role after three years.
The Board would like to thank Andrew Wallace for his leadership and contributions during his tenure as Chairman. Under his guidance, the company has successfully transitioned from the technical research phase into a compelling encryption solution provider, and the Board is grateful for the commitment he brought to the business.
Jeremy Lewis brings Cavero Quantum significant experience in deep tech, including cryptography, together with extensive fundraising and global C-level leadership experience. His appointment will support the next phase of the Cavero’s growth as it focuses on product refinement, market optimisation and revenue generation.
Andrew Naylor, Investment Director at Northern Gritstone, said: “On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Andrew for his considerable contribution to the company. We are delighted to welcome Jeremy as our new Chairman at an important stage in Cavero’s development.”
Jeremy Lewis said: “I am very pleased to be joining Cavero at such an exciting time. There is real demand for a cryptographic solution that provides continuous and mutual authentication coupled with key exchange that works in constrained IoT environments. Cavero meets that demand with a pure software solution that is agile, easy to implement, and quantum safe. I look forward to working with founders Professor Ben Varcoe, Dr. Frey Wilson and their impressive team.”
